Wait, isn't the most current alpha setup balanced? If so, why do the axis need more help? This isn't so much about the alpha being balanced as having the True Neutral rules tweaked so that they're actually usable now. Why do we have these "off-limits" areas in the world with such ridiculous penalti...

Forget about the UK carrier and support ship being in sz91.
