Deciding territory ownership
Deciding territory ownership
If you're playing with an Axis turn followed by an Allied turn (as oppose to USSR followed by Germany followed by UK ... ), and you're allowing joint attacks (two powers attacking the same territory at the same time) ... how would you go about deciding who gets the territory, and thus, the income?
Any suggestions/what would you do?

If its not an originally held territory (neutral or enemy) then it should go to the side who has the larger commitment, unless their is agreement prior to the attack. Example: if you help me take france, ill throw in my planes to help you get eastern europe.. Just like the big boys did it back then.. I can hear Stalin screaming "you must open the second front to take the pressure off moscow!"
We really need an Axis and Allies World War one game so i can play that on August 1st, 2014.
