The work of many a long night toiling away to bring the world one of the greatest war games of all time. Many thanks Larry for all your hard work. :)

WOW!!! I had a cards-and-dice baseball game I made when I was a kid: one small slip of paper with a table on it for every single MLB player!

I know this topic has been dead for a long time but I just joined and wanted to comment. Larry your game is awesome. The classic is a classic. The reason I believe so is that you made the game more in depth than most war games of it's time but you also didn't make it overbearing with too many rules. I think the thing about these games that makes them so much fun is their playability. It takes longer to play than stratego but it doesn't take as long as third reich. So many of these games are made for hard core wargamers and that is fine. I am not insulting anyone who plays them. I have a wife and 2 kids and only get a chance to get together to play but 3-5 times a year. My games Larry sound like your original ones guys rolling dice and drinking. This game has been a great inspiration to me and I have tried to introduce new players whenever possible. To see the humble beginnings of it I had to crack a smile. Love the game Larry looking forward to Trenches and Zeppelins your WW1 game. I don't know if thats the name but it has a nice ring to it.

Trenches to Zeppelins... ? How about Artillery to Zeppelins ? Kind of an A to Z thing going on there.
