movement clarification

Post by Most Holy » Wed Oct 26, 2011 8:46 am

My buddy, who has almost 30 years of experience with classic and only a couple with AA42 and up insists that for a plane to fly from Egypt to Syria is two moves and that you must count the sea zone. I say since an infantry can walk in one move the plane should be able to do the same.

Also: He has been playing for years that the rule book says Aircraft carriers move with the Fighters onboard THEN the Fighters get their 4 movement. I say this makes them too powerful and that they are airborne at the beginning of combat movement phase.

a little help as from time to time we like a game of Classic to clear the pallet after a game of rules heavy Global 40.

You're right on both counts.
