TravelBattles: Perry Miniatures

Post by elbowsanchez » Sun Apr 23, 2017 5:23 pm

Thought this a pretty cool idea and have been following this for some time. Would be neat to see Larry come up with something similar with his systems. The other thing is a game that had a solitaire version for folks like Pellulo and myself. (At least until my son is a few years older and wants to get into Axis and Allies). We were playing Arena online, but those folks are in the process of revamping the game.

Having bought and played a solitaire game called "We Must Tell The Emperor" by Victory Point Games, you might or might not like the dynamic of having to roll a lot of hot dice to win. Strategy only goes so far as the conditions change from 1942 to 1945 for the Japanese. I had always wondered what would be a great mechanism for solitaire play in a board game?

Bad dice happen. Blame the Russians...LOL!

Pretty cool. And the small Travel Game idea is intriguing.

Is it possible to do that with an Axis & Allies game, like D-Day?, thanks, Pellulo
PS put me down for two sets!

Really like the idea of expanding the game with additional sets. This could really be a cool set up with Axis & Allies: Battle Editions. Think of the possibilities...Africa, Italy, Berlin, Stalingrad, North Atlantic...Cha ching!! Which all could be attached to each other. Genius.
