Guadalcanal

As is the case with all long marches, they must begin with a single first step. Guadalcanal was that first step. The long march was to Tokyo and it's about to begin again. At dawn the Marines will hit the beach and secure the airfield there. If all goes well it will be renamed Henderson field. If the Americans continue to have their way eventually all tthe islands known as the Solomon Islands will be theirs. Command either the Japanese or American land, sea and ground forces and rewrite the history of this critical struggle.

Guadalcanal

The copy of my Axis & Allies Gudalcanal has arrived in Phuket from Medford (Oregon) in 3 working days only.
Now i'm going on the beach and I will read the instruction manual under the beach umbrella.
It will be an interesting week-end...

The quality of the map and other chart is very good and I appreciate the game set, but it is a pity for the wrong cruiser colours.

Best regards to all.

Must be great there! :) Its weird to get a copy of Guadalcanal in...winter! lololol Ill get mine next weekend.

Anyway, you can always ask for the replacement cruisers. They will send to any buyer outside the U.S., just send an email for Avalon Hill support.

Dear Dagon81,
I just checked the Avalon Hill offical website but I didn't found any information regarding the cruises replacement.
Could you send me some more information about it?
Just send a simple e-mail asking for the correct coloured cruises?

Many thanks in advance.
Ciao, ciao.

You go to the Avalon Hill website and go for "help".
Then you will find the option Email Us. You have to login to email them and get support.

I sent an email to wizardscusthelp@wizards.com

Their response was:

"...If you purchase the game. Please reply with your complete mailing address and phone number and we will send you replacement Cruisers. There are no plans to reprint the game at this time.

Thank You"

I sent in my request and received my replacements in a timely manner.

Dear Imperious Leader,

I just got today a reply from the Avalon Hill where they said that in 3 working days I'll received the cruisers.
Anyway, when I'll definitively received the new miniatures I'll post here for the other members that could be interested.

Ciao, ciao.
