Now that 2nd edition is coming out, what are the changes from the 1st printing?

It pretty much conforms to Alpha 3, with a few minor tweaks.

Now that the 2nd editions is out where can I download the new rulebook for Europe 1940, Pacific 1940 and global?

Did the unit setup change between the first and second edition? and where can I find the new setup if I only play Europe or Pacific but not at the same time?

Yes, they changed. They are the same as the Alpha 3 setups.

By the way, the 2nd edition rules can now be found on the Avalon Hill downloads page.
