Alpha +3

Link up A&A Pacific 1940 and Europe 1940, and you've got Axis & Allies Global 1940.

So Just to confirm those new rules and clarifications are the rules that are going to be included with the reprint of Europe and Pacific 1940?

Holy Toledo...

It's finally gotten to this point. I never thought I'd see the day!

Just texting back and forth with Tim tonight about whether or not we were going to have to go out and buy Global all over again! Tim says we're good to go with what we've got, but he knows I'm a sucker for the new unit pieces! :P

OK, I admit it; here in a public forum too...I bought A&A 1941 just to get those little P-40s! THERE, I said it! Go ahead and call me foolish, you won't be the first! I don't care, those little P-40s were worth every penny! Plus hey, I think there was like a miniature version of the game that came with the P-40s too! So I got that going for me...

Well, in a way I did buy it for the tigers, but a different kind of tiger. I'm a P-40 junkie, so to me, I did get it for The Flying Tigers!

At the beginning of its turn US has a Fleet in SZ 91 (bordering Gibraltar).
US makes an amphibious assault on Gibraltar capturing it.

Can ships which didnt participate in that assault use the +1 move from that naval base during that turns Non-combat move?

No. You can only use a base if your side controlled it at the beginning of your turn.
