Since the Martians do not collect any funds, also they get a third of there forces in round one. Along for the remaining nine rounds, they get a little over 7% of their remaining units, per turn.

What they can get is a one time bonus, when they take over a continent(sans antártica for the 1917 and 1942 game). Of course Europe would be a bigger bonus, than Australia 🇦🇺...

All right if such a game(s)was made, which would you choose or play first. Would it be the 1917, 1942, or, 2025 version. I know it is popular to put a vote option up, that is beyond me at this time, I could never figure out how to do it...

I would choose the 1917 game first, tie for the 1942 and 2025 game. Same size box the Axis and Allies 1914 game came in, same size game board, and, the initial setup would not have those incredibly large German and Austro-Hungarian Empire armies. Except for the Republic(U.S.), the tone down unit parts for each empire, would be made up by all the Martian 👽 Invaders units.

Cards and cardboard setup trays, for the new units going up per round.

Availability would be of course for the last quarter of the year, price you can imagine, and, the usual artwork for the 1917 and 2015 games(already discussed for the 1942 game)...

For the 1917 cover, a bit of Steampunk in its artwork. The armor plated Zeppelin with its fighters taking off from a hanger underneath it, a battlecruiser(in a Cicle W mode) taking on a Martian Tripod Walker foolish enough to go a bit offshore, armor and infantry overrunning smaller versions of Tripods and breaking into one to “capture” its pilot. The traditional center illustration with world and military leaders, like Prime Minister George & young Churchill, President Wilson and General Pershing, and, Marshall Petain and our old friend Kaiser Wilhelm, and, so forth.

Somewhere off center, the original H.G. Well’s larger than life Martian Tri-Pod Walker(where the three legs are actually visible), in the ruins of London? Wandering with its various tentacle arms waving about(with an artillery battery ready to blow it up, and, its crews in gas masks).

Also the traditional flags, with one for the Martians all red with the planet Mars in its center. Finally...

The 1942 game, might come with a core game, or, making a 1942 Europe and 1942 Pacific game. You put the latter to make a global game.

Still the artwork for just the core game could be...

A newspaper with the headline, stating War of the Worlds Earth Invaded by Aliens!, underneath in smaller print, “This Is Not A Hoax!”. To the sides the traditional world leaders/military leaders, new faces would be let us say Emperor Hirohito, Monty, Admiral Donitz, Marshall Graziani, Doolittle, General de Gaulle(pardon if somebody has already been shown on a box cover art).

Final figure would be a Martian as pictured as described from the Well’s book...

To the sides a periscope view of a U-boat torpedo spread heading for a large readapted sea version of a Martian tri-pod. The mighty 8th. U.S.A.A.F. B-17s bombing Martian land targets being escorted by P-51s and ME-109s.

A map of North Africa showing Free French and U.S. forces from the west, Ito-Gothic forces in the middle and British Eight Army from Egypt. The map shows arrows of attacks against trapped Martian Forces surround by terrain forces.

Finally...

...a newsreel showing of a Frank Capa “Why We All Fight” series of anti-invader films, this one titled “The Battle for Russia”. Along with a traditional illustration of a Kursk type battle on the Eastern Front involving thousands of armor and ancillary vehicles(assault and self propelled guns, and Tank Destroyers, A.P.C., soft skin trucks and transports). Also with ground support fighters, fighters, and, all kinds of bombers, Infantrymen and artillery.

For the Pacific, a combo Japanese BBs and British/U.S.N. Ships duking it out with a Martian Sea Invasion crafts.

While for BIC terrain forces make a stand at Impala, gateway to India.

Next a text for the 1942 game...
